I'm struggling to login to my bitbucket account, user name DRLDufton. I can access the repos using ssh-key but can't login to the account itself. I think the issue is that the email I used to register is a now inactive organisational email, which when entered into the email address now takes me to single-sign on provider, which I can't use for this address as the email is now inactive. To complicate matters I have a new email address at the same organisation so it attempts to switch to that one and create a new account (which I'm now using to post here). I'm sure the email address used to work even after the switch as a login for bitbucket but suspect the switch to single-sign on is what is now causing the problem. Is there a way around this?

Based on your description, I believe the workaround is asking your organization admin to change your old email address account to the new email.
