Our license expired on 12/26/17. We renewed and do not see the new key. We found this out after performing an upgrade to bitbucket. Please advise. Thanks
Only your account's Billing and Technical contacts will have access to your license key. I can't tell you who that might be within your organization. However when that user logs into https://my.atlassian.com they should be able to see this new license key there.
In the meantime, you can generate an evaluation license on https://my.atlassian.com just to get your through the upgrade itself.
I would also recommend creating a support request with our customer advocates team. You can do this by going to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and selecting the billing , payment, and pricing section. If you can provide them more details about your purchase/renewal information, I am sure our support team can help you locate the user(s) with this license information.
