Latest commits don't show up in PR in Bitbucket, PR cannot be declined, either

This started happening today. I don't see the latest commits I have pushed up in the pull request. Furthermore, attempting to decline and re-create the PR doesn't work either, because when I attempt to decline the PR I get the following error:

"Unable to decline

Something went wrong. Wait a few moments, then try again."

This is making getting things done impossible. How do I rectify this issue?

I logged out then logged in. The PR was still wrong, but this time I was able to decline and re-create it. Now it appears to be fine.
