I recently inherited our company's CICD solution which I'm trying to learn as quickly as possible.

In Jenkins configuration we have a "service account for Jenkins in Atlassian Crowd" under Bitbucket Server Integration that, recently, cannot connect to Bitbucket Server.

When I click Test Connection, I get an error: Jenkins can't connect to Bitbucket Server. Choose different credentials or choose 'none'.

A console output on a Jenkins build shows this for one of the development projects:

[Office365connector] Matched status 'FAILURE' for webhook with name 'latest build'.
[Office365connector] Matched status 'FAILURE' for webhook with name 'broken build'.
com.cloudbees.jenkins.plugins.bitbucket.api.BitbucketRequestException: HTTP request error. Status: 401: .

Other projects tied to Bitbucket seem to build just fine.

Any help appreciated.
