Java project fail to integrate with sonar cloud with SonarScan pipe

Hi Team,

My pipeline failed and i got the below error:

"our project contains .java files, please provide compiled classes with sonar.java.binaries property, or exclude them from the analysis with sonar.exclusions property."

Below property I set:

-Dsonar.java.binaries=target/**/*.class

But  i got the error "java.lang.IllegalStateException: No files nor directories matching 'target/**/*.class'"

I got the same issue but there is no binaries file in the source code
