Is there a way to set the pipeline's name?

Hi all,

I'd like to customize the pipelines name that is running:bitbucket.pngCurrently of course it only displays the latest commit message. Also I trigger the pipeline run via a curl call, if it's important.

Is this possible?

Hello @David Gonda ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I'm afraid there's not currently an option to change the name of pipeline run, neither from the UI or the API, and the name indeed defaults to the commit message. In this case, I went ahead and raised a feature request to implement that functionality :

I would suggest you to add your vote there, since this helps both developers and product managers to understand the interest. Also, make sure you add yourself as a watcher in case you want to receive first-hand updates from that ticket. Please note that all features are implemented with this policy in mind.

Thank you, @David Gonda .

Kind regards,

Patrik S

Thanks for the answer, until this is done I put an echo with the title I wanted to add in the pipeline as a temporary solution.
