Is there a way to determine what email address a URL was linked to?

Hi all,

Just a quick one hopefully, I've been asked to link BitBucket with our Confluence sub but when i went to create a URL, I was advised that the URL was already used. I just want to determine if this was previously used by another member of our team previously so i can set this up as required.

Hi Luke and welcome to the community!

There is no way to see that, unless the Bitbucket workspace is linked to your organization in https://admin.atlassian.com/. Since you have managed accounts and you are an Organization admin, we can share with you if that workspace is administered by a member of your team, and if so, which one.

I have created a support ticket on your behalf, so that you share the Bitbucket workspace ID that you are trying to use. This is a public forum and we can't share any names, emails or workspace IDs publicly, but the support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff.

You should have received an email with a link to the ticket, and you can also find the ticket here:

You can leave a reply in that ticket and mention the Bitbucket workspace ID you are trying to use, and one of my colleagues will check.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Kind regards,
Theodora
