Is there a bitbucket server REST API which allows to force push a commit to a file ?

Hi,

I want to blindly override the file as a part of a commit without having to check the last commit on the file or dealing with conflicts .

Is there a bitbucket server REST API which allows force update to a file ?

OR does pushing commit to a file using Bitbucket API ( after getting the last commit), will never result in conflicts?
