Is it possible to resume automaticly pipeline that were paused by Deployment concurrency
Our deployment process work as follow. when a dev branch is merged in the develop branch, it trigger a sccript that create and push x number of tag (where x is the number of api/services the the merge affects).
Bitbucket then start x pipeline where those api/servicce are build and deploy to our k8s clusters.
We decieded to add the environment annotation to our pipeline definition to get a good view of what is being deployed on a timeline. Since we added the annotation, only 1 out of the x pipelines run and the others are paused.
Sometime it can be up to 6-8 pipelines that are paused and need to be manualy resumed. I have not found a way to allow concurent deployment. Is there a way to auto resume paused pipelines
Hey Lawrence!
Unfortunately, at present, there is no way to automatically resume paused pipelines.
We have a feature request with our development team to include this in our feature set that you can find below:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-16304
Feel free to "Watch" and "Vote" on the issue to increase visibility, I have internally communicated with our dev team to let them know that you have raised this as well.
Unfortunately we have no ETA at present so "Watching" will be the best way to keep track of any future updates.
Cheers!
