Is it possible to get all comments made on a file in a commit via Bitbucket Cloud Rest API 2.0

The bitbucket cloud UI allows me to add a comment at any place in a file in a commit.

Hence most likely it is possible to get list of comments made in a file (in a commit) .
I tried to check the documentation , but couldn't .

Can you please point me to the api/link documentation ?

PS: should i use snippets for this ? but i don't know how to link between commit & snippet
