I've been asked to forward Bitbucket's logs to syslog. This article describes a solution for that need for pre-7.0 BB:

Is it possible to do that forwarding in v. 7.x/8.x Data Center?

If not, has anyone figured out another solution to that issue?

In the same document, you can see path of the file for version after 7.0

<BITBUCKET SERVER INSTALLATION-DIRECTORY>/app/WEB-INF/classes/logback-spring.xml (for versions after Bitbucket 7.0)
