Is it possible for a 3rd party to access my server code and save data by using bitbucket.?

Yes.
If you (or another admin) has allowed them to sign up for an account, or given them one, then yes, they'll have access to your code.
My guess is that you'll want to turn off the self-sign-up so they all have to go through your admins.
