Impossible to connect to localhost:7990

I'm using Windows 7. At step 7 of the installation instructions I have run bin\start-stash.bat but when going to http://localhost:7990 I get the message "impossible to connect to localhost:7990.

Any help is appreciated.

PS: at step 4 I just installed Git by following the instructions, I DIDN'T install Perl.

Hi, do you have Windows firewall enabled? Have you opened up the Firewall for that port/application? Usually a popup does appear asking you to unlock it.
