I want to delete this Atlassian account permanently right now rather than waiting for 14 days. Because I have to link this email ID with another Atlassian account.

If you would like to reuse the email for a different account, then I believe the fastest option would be to do the following:
I cannot delete the Atlassian account for you; this might be something that the GDPR team can expedite, but please keep in mind it may still take a few days for the GDPR team to get to your request considering the weekend. So, the workaround I mentioned above would be the fastest option to make the email address of your current account available again. If you'd still like to create a request with the GDPR team, you can do so via this link:

In "What can we help you with?" select "Personal data and GDPR".
