I just wanted to add to Mayur's reply the following:

  1. I would suggest resetting your Atlassian account password, just in case the password was saved in the browser's password manager in the stolen laptop. You can request a password reset email via this link:

  2. If you had app passwords generated for your account that you were using on that laptop, you can revoke them via this page:

  3. In case you had any SSH keys set up on this laptop for your account, you can remove them from your account via this page (otherwise, whoever has the laptop can still use them to clone/pull/push via SSH to repos your account has access to). Similarly, if you had set up in that laptop Access keys, remove the keys from the repo's Repository settings > Access keys.
