Your email was indeed in a suppression list. It looks that Bitbucket attempted to send you an email while there was a problem with your email server, there was a hard bounce response, and your email was placed in a suppression list.
I went ahead and removed it, so you should be able to receive Atlassian/Bitbucket emails now.
