I'm not receiving notification emails from Bitbucket when something happens in the repositories I'm watching. I'm the only member of my team that is having this trouble. My Jira email notifications work fine, it's only Bitbucket emails that are not coming through...

I found some questions in the community related to what is happening to me. Hope that this issue can be solved ASAP.

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud Community! :)

I have checked our internal suppression list and did not find your email address listed here - so I do not believe there is any blockage occurring from our side.

Furthermore, I could not see any SMTP bounce errors reported by your mail server.

I believe there may be a setting here preventing you from receiving email notifications. Please follow the steps within the knowledge base article I recently authored below and let us know if any further issues:
