Hi,

I m getting the following error even in incognito mode so something else is wrong with my bitbucket account.

You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

Welcome @robotics1

I've changed your post to hide your personal info. This is showing because you weren't active for a long time in Bitbucket. For this you would need to get in touch with Atlassian support and to ask them to activate it.

There are Atlassian employees on this community too, so they might see this post and do this for you.

Hi @robotics1

Your account was marked DORMANT as you had not logged in to the bitbucket Cloud UI since 2018. I have since re-activated your workspace, so you should be able to login now.

I hope this helps, please let me know if any issues.

Cheers!

- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
