Error message when I try to login to bitbucket from an invite from our tech team: "We couldn't log you in. You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referrer header ..."
I saw on some community threads that some folks has a community account was marked as inactive and once Atlassian marked it as active they were able to log in
G'day, @Tony Salah
Welcome to the community.
It appears that your account was in a dormant stated due to inactivity. I have reactivated your account. Could you try to log in again and let me know how it goes?

Thank you ... that worked. Then I discovered my invite was now expired so had a new one sent to me. That worked but now I keep getting the following error:
Return to the previous page or go back to your dashboard.
Please help as I just want to get access to our company's (Heka Health) bitbucket account

Tony

Hey @Tony Salah
It seems you have access to the workspace. Could you confirm if you still have an access issue with me?
Try navigating to the list of workspaces: https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/ and open the workspace you wish to view. Select the repository to see the list of repositories you have access to.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you. I see the 1st image when I see the click your link to my workspaces, but if I click the Heka Health workspace or the "Repositories" menu button I get the same error shown in the 2nd image

It appears that you are currently in the workspace. However, the workspace administrator has not provided you with repository access.
Please get in touch with the workspace admin and ask them to add you to the right group with access to the repository.
