I have no problem downloading the same file using this URL from my Bitbucket Server v5.14.0
http://Server1:7990/rest/api/1.0/projects/TD/repos/repo1/raw/G2/111/06.Tester%20dFMEA%20%28vendor%20%26%20amd%29/Instructions%20To%20Review%20And%20Accept%20Project%20Documents%20Using%20Vers.pdf
but after renaming the file before upload to increase filename and the consequential download URL length by 3 characters, this will cause downloading the same file to fail:
http://Server1:7990/rest/api/1.0/projects/TD/repos/repo1/raw/G2/111/06.Tester%20dFMEA%20%28vendor%20%26%20amd%29/Instructions%20To%20Review%20And%20Accept%20Project%20Documents%20Using%20Vers123.pdf
I haven't tested further, but the practical limit currently for me should lie somewhere between 195 and 198 characters as seen in the lengths of above 2 URLs.
What is this exact URL (or whatever it is) limit which apparently exists, and how can we change it to be longer, if it is configurable in the server config file ? Thanks.
