I dont have recovery codes and i cant log-in, can i do anything please ?

When login ask me for a usb security pen and i dont have this harware, then, with recovery codes y donde have it :(

 

How can i use my personal account please :(

2FA can be enabled both on a Bitbucket account and also on an Atlassian account (which is used for authenticating to Bitbucket). It is possible to disable both, even if you don't have any recovery codes.

The following knowledge base article has steps to determine on which level 2FA is enabled, and how to disable it:

Looking at your account details in our system, I can see that only Bitbucket 2FA is enabled at the moment, so you will need to check the solution under Bitbucket Cloud 2FA on the page above.
