Since I switched from phone, my 2FA credentials didn't move over to my newer device and factory reset the older phone, how can I access my bitbucket account again?
I've tried the recovery mail but I didn't recieved it after 24 hours.

Also, since you as well have problem with not receiving the email address, raise a ticket for Atlassian:
