Hi.
When I go to the site I am asked to choose a workspace. But the list is empty.
My workspace is <redacted>. I am an administrator of our workspace.
How can I access our repositories?
Hi @igor_kostashchuk and welcome to the community!
The Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email address as your community account does not have access to any workspaces.
I checked the workspace you mentioned in your post and there is a Bitbucket account with the same name as your current account that has access to it, but it has a different email address. You will need to log in to https://bitbucket.org/ with the email address of the account that has access and you should then be able to see the workspace listed in https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/.
If you don't remember the account's email address, please try logging in https://bitbucket.org/ with different email addresses you own, until you log in to the account that has access.
Just a heads up, I removed the workspace id from your post for privacy reasons.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Theodora
Hi Theodora.
Thanks for your help. The problem was with my old email. With the new email, bitbucket works fine.

Here is more detailed information.
I log in to bitbucket. I am offered to choose a workspace or create a new one. There is no workspace. When I click All Workspaces, there are none. When creating a new one with the name <redacted> (our name), it says "This workspace ID is taken. Try another ID."
You can access repositories from Visual Studio. They are updated after commit and merge returns commits from other employees.
So: The workspace exists, but is not displayed.
The repositories exist, you can work with them via Git, but they are not visible in bitbucket.
Could you please help?
