I am not blocking the referrer tags or cross-site tracking -- I double-checked. I believe this is happening because I have not used Bitbucket in many years. I am hoping I will be able to log in if my account is set to active rather than inactive as it currently is.

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was indeed in a dormant state, which I believe is the reason why you couldn't log in.
I reactivated your account. Could you please try logging in when you have some time and let me know if the issue is resolved?
