Due to this I am unable to perform any activity namely pull ,Fetch , Check-in with bitbucket as it contains source repository.
When I tried to perform above mentioned activity through Visual Studio getting below error message.
Your Bitbucket account has been locked. To unlock it and log in again you must solve a CAPTCHA. This is typically caused by too many attempts to login with an incorrect password. The account lock prevents your SCM client from accessing Bitbucket and its mirrors until it is solved, even if you enter your password correctly.

Hi
Further to this we think this is an issue with authentication in bitbucket.
We have tried Git clone in git bash.
Please find below message (sensitive data changed).
firstname.lastname@systemname-DEV3 MINGW64 /c/Repo_1
$ git clone http://USERNAME:firstname.lastname@systemname2:7990/scm/gep/systemname3.git
Cloning into 'systemname3'...
fatal: Authentication failed for 'http://systemname2:7990/scm/gep/systemname3.git/
As per above error we found one article in Google.
In this article it is mentioned as issue arises mainly due to four causes.
any further advice?
Thanks

Hi Philip
welcome to the Atlassian community.
You want to reach out to the admin of the bitbucket instance and ask him to clear your captcha like described at https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/how-to-configure-captcha-in-bitbucket-server-779171704.html
Cheers
Kurt
