I am trying to report a 403 error on Bitbucket documentation but I have no SEN

part of a document describing mercurial setup on Mac OS X returns a 403 error in Chrome and Edge on my Windows 10 PC.

I tried to report it as a bug but Atlassian wants a SEN or some kind of URL that I do not understand.

Thanks, but wouldn't a redirection be better than a deadend error message?
