How to write HTML description via pullrequest POST API?

Hello, I want to write PR description via REST API like uploaded picture.

(Those description is default value by my commits.)

But, I don't know how to write that descriptions via Bitbucket REST API.

What can I do for that? How can write HTML document via REST API in python????
