We have integrated Jira and Bitbucket. When our tests run on Bitbucket, we can see them in Jiras Development popup in Builds tab. When pipeline finishes and tests fail, we can see results in Bitbucket but cannot in Jira. It just shows red circle with x in it and Test results column stays empty. Successful runs don't show up in Bitbucket if that helps. Is there any documentation on how to make test results visible in Jira from Bitbucket?

Hi Solo,

Thank you for reaching out. I'm afraid that it is not possible to view test results in Jira, as Bitbucket Pipelines don't send any test info to Jira.

We have an open report about this in our issue tracker:

You can add yourself as a watcher (by selecting the Start watching this issue link in the ticket) if you'd like to get notified via email on any updates. You can also select the This affects my team link to indicate you are affected by this issue.

Please keep in mind that we don't provide ETAs and bug fixing is implemented as per our policy here.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
