How to trigger a script webhook when open pull request

Is there a good way to trigger a webhook from the bitbucket server whenever a commit is pushed to open a pull request then it checks the reviewer's user is enabled in LDAP server and if the user is disabled in the LDAP server then deletes the user from pull request reviewer list.
