How to transfer repositories from Bitbucket.org to company owned bitbucket hosted on AWS

I have a private Bitbucket account on Bitbucket.org and need to transfer the repositories I have there to the bitbucket instance hosted on aws specifically for a company. I have admin right on both systems. How do I go about doing this.

You can follow these instructions to import a repository into Bitbucket, Importing code from an existing project. It will not import any issues or branch permissions that you currently have in Bitbucket, just the repository itself.
