We have a third party product which we have configured to use BitBucket (https//bitbucket.org) for git.
This has been working successfully for a while, including move to App Passwords.
However that product is now showing "Repository failure" messages when trying to commit through it.
I would like to determine if that product is actually making a connection into BitBucket and if so, why that connection failed.
So is there any audit logging of connections (for push/pull) available in the Cloud Bitbucket environment to allow me to check this?
Hi David,
I'm afraid that we don't have these kinds of events available in the audit log.
My suggestion would be to check if there is any logging in the third-party product you use, where you can see what kind of operation is performed and what is the output of the command that is failing.
Kind regards,
Theodora
