How to restore write access for user when limit reached?

Hello, I can't restore write access to all my repositories after exceeding my user(jakhongir_nishanbaev) limit. A day ago I removed two users from my old repositories and deleted 3 old repositories, but the write access is still not restored.

How can I restore access and continue using free plan?

Solved. Some users still had access to old repositories, after removing them write access restored.
