How to resolve pull request issue

Hi Team,

We have resolved the pull request conflicts but when we decrypting the password for cassandra,we are getting below error

C:\Users\amit13\Documents>gpg --output text --decrypt response.txt
gpg: encrypted with rsa4096 key, ID ADF5F25DF2B468F6, created 2023-04-20
      "PMI <amit.mundare@contracted.pmi.com>"
gpg: public key decryption failed: No secret key

I don't think that is an issue with bitbucket. For me looks like an issue with decryption. Did you try to reproduce steps from pipeline manually?
