A member of my group cannot log-in into his Atlassian account, it receives a message that his account has been deactivated when trying to access "https://university.atlassian.com/" He was directed to change his password, this has not helped as he is still unable to log in. Is there something else he can do?

Does this user have an email address from the same domain as your email address?
I can see in our system that email addresses from this domain are managed by your organization, so it is possible that an Org Admin from your company deactivated this user's Atlassian account. If you know who the Org Admins are in your company, you can reach out to one of them and ask them to check the status of this user's Atlassian account and reactivate it.
If you don't know, then you can ask this user to reach out to our billing and licensing team:
It is not necessary to log in, but please ask him to provide the email address he has issues logging in. He will then receive email communications. One of my colleagues can check if his account was deactivated by an Org Admin or if something else is causing this. If the account was deactivated by an Org Admin, he can also ask for the names of the Org Admins so he knows who to reach out to.
