How to pass custom parameters from Bitbucket Cloud webhooks to Jenkins?

I am pulling information from the webhook payload, but I would like to be able to pass custom parameters. I am using generic-webhook-trigger on Jenkins and the URL that I use is like this:

http://jenkinsurl:port/generic-webhook-trigger/invoke?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Jobs with that token start fine, but I would like to pass some custom fields.

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to the community.

Unfortunately, there's no feature in Bitbucket Cloud Webhooks for you to pass custom parameters to your destination server (i.e. Jenkins).
You can, however, try to manually add parameters in your current Jenkins webhook URL after that "?token" parameter.

It will be something like this: http://jenkinsurl:port/generic-webhook-trigger/invoke?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&some_parameter=value_here

Regards,
Mark C
