How to include links in commit message

Is there any way where we can refer to an external link in the commit message we provide when we push the change?

eg: fixing error code adhering to RFC( standard

After committing with the above message the link which when clicked points to the website mentioned.

We use the add link button in the task and then put your URL and description of the link. Click on the little triangle beside the link and you can add multiple linked to the story or task

@alqatawnehthamer I want this link when I commit my work under commit message

eg: git commit -m "fixing error code adhering to RFC( standard"

This which when committed now is not showing as a hyperlink in bitbucket page now.
