How to exclude certain files with git-secret-scan

I'd like to scan *.hcl and .*yml but dont want to scan some hcl files, how can I use exclude option in the pipeline ?

There is no option to exclude some files. But you can use your own written reqexp that allows you to scan only needed files. Maybe this can article help you. Look how to use CUSTOM_PATTERN in advanced example in readme
