How to enable swagger in JIRA, confulence, bitbucket etc.

I want to enable Swagger in My JIRA,  JIRA, confulence, bitbucket, bamboo.

& want to expose API's for client.

is it available to do that, if yes, what are the steps or code to to that.

Bitbucket has an OpenAPI spec here. Keep in mind that it's still at version 2 of the spec and it's also been reported to us that automatic code generation doesn't work well for some reasons yet to be fixed. https://api.bitbucket.org/swagger.json

just to be sure - what you want to do is enable your clients the possibility to get data from your systems (jira, confluence, bitbucket, bamboo) using REST API? What should Swagger help you with? Thank you for the clarification.
