How to debug 500 error when attempting to create a commit by uploading a file

I am making a simple application/x-www-form-urlencoded POST request to:{workspace}/{repo}/src

This is working for 2 of my repos but not for the third and I am stuck! The API always responds with an http code of 500 and "Something went wrong". I've tried tweaking everything I can think of and nothing works. Ideas?

Please follow the link to the support portal which has been sent to your registered email address.
