How to create repository under a project key using Git Bash terminal?

I want to create a repository under a specific project key by using Git bash terminal. How can we do that?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

To create a new repository in Bitbucket remotely you would have to use the REST API to do that. Have a look at /rest/api/1.0/projects/{projectKey}/repos for more information.
