How to create an app password?

Hi,
I was notified that I will need an "app password". The description says to add it under "Access management". There is no "app password" under Access Management whatsoever.
Any advice, what should I do?

I don't have such option. There's nothing under the question mark. What should no do?

Once you are though that

Follow the steps here

Give the access based on requirement or select the one's which is as shown below

Use is for authenticating with you repo
