How to create a pull request template in Bitbucket

Hi Team I want to create a pull request template for my bitbucket instance. Please assist on how can it be achieved. As Shown in the attachmentpull request.PNG

Thanks a lot for the response however I am looking for Cloud based deployment of BitBucket. 
I was aware of the same for DC but I want the functionality in Cloud.

Oh, your screenshot is definitely about DC, that was misleading.

On Cloud, this feature is not available, unfortunately.

Hello @lakshyajeet_swami ,

just adding to @Aron Gombas _Midori_ response, you can define a pull request default description at the repository level by navigating to Repository Settings > Default description under the Pull request section.

That text will be included in all the pull requests created going forward, and you can use the special variable {{commit_messages}} to list the commit message as part of your description.
