How to create a bitbucket cloud workspace when new top navigation is enabled.

Marketplace Partners provide apps and integrations available on the Atlassian Marketplace that extend the power of Atlassian products.
In the 'old' Bitbucket Cloud navigation it was possible to create a new workspace.
The '+' icon for this action does not appear in the new top navigation.
As soon as I disable the new navigation I can create workspaces again via the '+' icon.
Any ideas?

When using the new navigation, you can create a new workspace by following the next steps:

Open your workspace > click on your avatar in the upper right corner:

Open All workspaces

There, you should see the option Create workspace:
