I want to stay with Bitbucket server and use GitLab CI instead of Jenkins. Who knows how to connect them both? googled and didn't find something related

Neither Jenkins nor GitLab CI are Atlassian products, but I'll try to help anyway. I've also done some googling but couldn't find much, the only thing I found i an article that might be helpful for showing you how to connect GitLab CI with other products, you can find it at GitLab CI/CD for external repositories.
