Unfortunately, there's no such feature. Inline comment is anchored to just one line.

That's an excerpt from the documentation for Crucible, if I'm not mistaken. It is another Atlassian product, so comments behave slightly differently there.
Here's a relevant page for Bitbucket Cloud. It mentions that inline comments can only be on individual lines of code.

Looks like this will never get implemented for Bitbucket Server.
