I would highly advise not doing this. Either do it through the WebUI or REST API.
As a general rule, any time you think you need to directly manipulate the database, it means you're going the wrong direction.

We are doing with test instance and database was empty.one of our colleague installed bitbucket 6.7.1 trail version and configured the database and AD with bitbucket trail instance but he didn't provide admin access to any user the thing is we cant able to login as admin and he left the organisation. so, we should take care of those things so,we need admin access with that trail application which he configured.

Fortunately, Atlassian has documented the procedure to restore admin access. My recommendation is to use that process, give yourself admin access, and then disable it.
