How to achieve partial deployments using bitbucket pipelines

In lower environment ,if 10 US moved from DEV to SIT using bitbucket pipeline after merging Pr's. 

But 7 are passed/approved , and only those 7  needs to move/merged in higher environment . What is the best practice to achieve this in bitbucket

I'm not sure I understand your use case. What are US, DEV, and SIT? Could you also please provide some more details on your workflow, how you have pipelines configured now, and what you mean by partial deployment?
