How to access my repos after the change to workspaces with Admin privileges

Deleted user February 23, 2023

After the change to workspaces, I have managed to find the "Untitled" workspace, even though it's not in UI. bitbucket.org/{workspace-id}/

Unfortunately I don't have the "Untitled" workspace admin rights, as well as the repositories "/admin" access and I can't move them to new workspaces or perform other admin tasks.

Also one of the repositories is still not visible for me:

bitbucket.org/{workspace-id}/{repo-slug}

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the community!

Just a heads up, I removed the actual workspace id and repo url from your post, to comply with our privacy policy.

You mentioned having issues with a workspace, let's say bitbucket.org/myworkspace

The Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account, has a personal workspace bitbucket.org/_myworkspace (note the underscore at the beginning of the workspace id). This is a different workspace than bitbucket.org/myworkspace, and this account doesn't have access to bitbucket.org/myworkspace

The workspace bitbucket.org/myworkspace is the workspace of a different Bitbucket account, with a different email (different than the email of the community account you used to make this post). If this other account is yours, you will need to log in to this other account in order to access bitbucket.org/myworkspace

If you don't remember what email you used for this other account, you can try logging into https://bitbucket.org/ with any of the other emails you own, and see if one of them logs you into the account you are looking for.

If you don't remember the password, you can request a password reset email for each email address via https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword. Please note that if you get asked to create a new username while trying to log in to Bitbucket with a certain email, this means that there is no Bitbucket Cloud account with that email as primary, so you can skip the email from the process.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Kind regards,
Theodora
