How is the best way my BitBucket pipile to access my private network?

We have some packages that are in our private network.
I would like to know how is the best way that my BitBucket pipeline can access my local private network to biuld an image with thoses packages?

I dont feel so safe if I create a rule that permit only BitBucket's IP range.

Any suggestions?

@marcelo.quintas You can use self-hosted runners to access your private network. The self-hosted runner is in EAP and soon it will be available to everyone.
