How do I upload all files to bitbucket repository?

For example I have a website made on php. I want to upload all files at one time to bitbucket repository.

You can find all the necessary instructions at Repository setup, whether your files are already part of an existing Git repository or not. Keep in mind that if they're not part of Git you'll need to initialize a repo before being able to upload it to Bitbucket Clour, that's also explained in the documentation I linked.
